Windows may ask before running a new installer.

ISOREK installers are signed, but Microsoft Defender SmartScreen can still show a warning while a new publisher and Azure-signed certificate build reputation in Microsoft's systems.

The installer is still protected by code signing. The warning mostly means ISOREK is new in the software market.

Gates helps you spend less time staring at an empty drum grid and more time working with interesting grooves. Browse a large preset library organized by style, drop patterns into song parts, make them your own with the groove knobs, then export the MIDI back into your DAW.

Five timbres, six rows. I built Gates mainly with the Cre8audio Boom Chick in mind. Studying drum patterns convinced me that five timbres were more than enough: kick, snare, two drums, and hats. Closed and open hats get separate rows.

MIDI patterns sourced from jcelerier/drum-patterns

  • Start from curated grooves across Funk and Soul, Hip Hop and Trap, House, Breakbeats, Drum and Bass, Glitch and IDM, and more
  • Build song parts such as Intro, Drop, Break, Riser, Fill, Outro, or your own custom sections
  • Build each section's chain in the Patterns row: arrange patterns left to right and repeat A three times before B for A A A B
  • Make presets feel unique with Speed, Humanize, Drift, Chaos, velocity edits, ratchets, and fills
  • Drag MIDI into your DAW as individual rows, chain slots, or complete sections
  • Save full arrangements with Projects while keeping your drum-machine or sampler routing separate
  • Use built-in device profiles or custom mappings for General MIDI, drum machines, samplers, and multi-channel setups
